In Pacific Northwest, Black and African-descent men are:
70% more likely to die of prostate cancer compared to white and Asian-American men.

The Prostate Health Education Network (PHEN) mission is to eliminate the African American prostate cancer disparity. PHEN's mission also includes advocacy efforts to increase the overall support and resources for a war on prostate cancer that will lead to a cure for the disease for the benefit of all men.
National Alliance of State Prostate Cancer Coalitions (NASPCC)
The National Alliance of State Prostate Cancer Coalitions (NASPCC) is a network of state coalitions that seeks to support men and families dealing with prostate cancer by identifying, developing, and advocating for policies that support high quality benchmarks such as patient education and multidisciplinary care.
Us TOO International is an organization that aims to empower men diagnosed with prostate cancer, and their loved ones, with the educational resources and support services to fight against prostate cancer.
